1. Submit Your Order + Sign - For orders over $500, we will send over a floral design contract to complete your order. Otherwise, your order is confirmed and we are excited to get to work on your wedding floral!
2. Design Proposal - A la carte floral orders do not include design boards or meetings. Our orders are based on color choices and what’s available locally and seasonally. If you require more specific style requirements, make sure to add a design proposal to your cart. Design proposals require 3-5 business days to complete once we gather your details via email. Once complete, we will send it over for your review and follow up with our calendar link to schedule your meeting to go over your notes for the design.
3. Logistics - We’ll be in touch via email 2 weeks prior to your wedding date to confirm delivery logistics or plan a 1 hour time window to pick up your order from our studio. If you book your wedding less than 2 weeks out from your wedding date, we will follow up via phone during business hours to confirm your order and gather necessary information.
4. Wedding Day - On wedding day we’ll be delivering at your specified location and time, or be ready for you at our studio to load floral into your car. If you’re picking up, we recommend having a hatchback vehicle and sending a family member/friend on your behalf.
