Tory and Joe’s La Jolla wedding in the heart of summer was the very definition of effortless romance. Set against the coastal backdrop of San Diego County, their celebration came to life with wild, Tuscan-inspired florals, lush green moss, and a balmy ambiance that felt straight out of an Italian countryside. We crafted immersive tablescapes using locally sourced greenhouse flowers, organic soil, and ethically foraged Northern California moss—arranged directly onto the tables for a raw, untamed effect. The air was filled with the grounding scent of fresh potting soil, English garden roses, wild mint, and moss, creating a full-sensory floral experience that matched the couple’s unpretentious, nature-loving spirit.
