Who we Are

Three Swords Floral Co. is owned and operated by Anne Latham. We’re a destination floral and event design firm, based on the West Coast. We specialize in traveling to our clients, fulfilling dream weddings near and far.

We’re artists first, florists and planners second. Getting lost in the details is our forte, and we thrive in events with lots of moving parts. We can plan, design, and produce your event — letting you have a white glove guest experience at your own affair.

Whether you’re planning an intimate wedding on a Saturday, or an all weekend wedding blow out — Ojai Valley Inn has you covered. Choose from several different areas on the estate to host your welcome party, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and farewell brunch.

This diverse, luxury resort offers world renowned services with a staff that holds attention to detail at the highest degree.

We recommend a budget minimum of $250k to host your wedding here.

Site Fees

Anacapa Ballroom | 200 person capacity | $20k (includes ceremony)

Hacienda Ballroom | 300 person capacity | $20k (includes ceremony)

Orchard Lawn | 300 guest capacity | $25k (includes ceremony)

Food + Beverage Minimums

$45k minimum for up to 150 guests.

$300 per person if guest count exceeds 150.

Vendor Averages

Planner + Coordination | 10-30% of total event budget

Florist | 10-25% of total event budget

Stationery | 5-20% of total event budget

Photographer | 10-20% of total event budget

Video +/or Content Creator | 5-10% of total event budget

DJ or Live Band | 3-15% of total event budget
